Inspire: All Female Open Mat was held yesterday at Siege MMA in Peoria. This was an amazing event and even more exciting for me personally, being that this event was held at my home gym! Over 90 girls were in attendance from White Belts having their very 1st experience to Black Belts who have trained for many years, World Champions, Moms, Daughters and even Grandmas! Yesterdays Inspire was the 5th Edition, almost doubling in size since the first. It is sureal to see this many Jiu Jitsu girls in one location and to see how many females are involved in BJJ just in AZ alone.
Thank you Kristina Barlaan for thowing this event and to ALL of the Inspiring Women in attendance! This is always a fun and informative experience!
