I wrote this post a few months back but, we have been getting a lot of sponsorship requests lately from girls who don't seem to have even looked at this website and are just looking for free gear, so I thought I should re-post it.
I think its very helpful for anyone looking to get a sponsor or even those who already have one so you know the importance of YOUR part.  As much as it feels great to be able to send out a care package to one of my girls, it is still a business and it costs us out of pocket to give out free items. There for, in order for JAG to keep growing, I depend on my sponsored girls to get us "out there".

Thank you ladies for asking for sponsorship! It means a lot to me that girls want us to sponsor them! Just make sure your asking for the right reason. Being sponsored doesn't mean getting a bunch of free stuff. It is a business (on both ends) When a company sponsors an athlete it cost them money but, its also a way of paying for advertisement. So be prepared to do your part when accepting sponsorship and make sure you really like the product! It's much easier to sell something if you love it :)

Hailee Joan Scarangello began her Jiu Jitsu journey at the age of five under BB Chris Bailey of Gracie Scottsdale in AZ. Hailee's passion for Jiu Jitsu became apparent over night catapulted by her natural athletic ability.  After a year with Gracie Scottsdale, Hailee's family relocated and found a new home at The MMA Lab in Glendale, AZ were she has been training for the past year and a half. HJ moved to the advanced 8-12 year old Bjj class around the time she was six were her desire to compete was starting to surface. Driven by John Crouch, ( JCBJJ ) Hailee trains with Mike Martin, Maria Magana, Chris Milton and her head coach/BFF Renaldo Moreno just to name a few.  Hailee just wrapped up second grade were she was awarded star student of the month and enjoys any out door activity such as camping, boating, 4 wheel-in, bike riding with friends and family. To prep for competition HJ's work ethic is truly self motivated. To help quench her thirst of improving in Jiu Jitsu, HJ trains in Muay Thai and Wrestling three hours a week while rolling six to seven as well weeks before a tournament. Hailee can truly brighten anyone's day with an amazing smile and an inner self confidence that can only be sustained by her own humility.
