 All four "Just a Girl" Teammates brought home the GOLD today at Kids Worlds in Cali! Win or loose....I'm always proud to have them on the team but, WOW!! What an accomplishment! They swept the competition, bringing home the BLING BLING!! Way to go ladies!

Jiu Jitzu is a great sport to everyone, man, woman, kids. Must have a professional to help with. We offer classes in the Fundamentals of Mixed Martial Arts as well as classes that focus exclusively on Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (Click here for more info on our BJJ NYC Program), Kickboxing / Muay Thai, Submission Grappling, and Wrestling. Also, we believe in the importance of free form practice and offer plenty of Open Mat training. Our MMA class schedule is set up so that even the busiest of New Yorkers can find time to train.
