Just a Girls Ladies, tearin' it up again!
Hailee started off the day with her opponent being a no show, she was given 2 exhibition matches that she destroyed! Hailee beat a boy her 1st match & quickly finished her second opponent with an armbar after a SWEET take down. Great Job Hailee!

Yesenya toughed it out, competing with an injured rib. She effortlessly won her 1st match and fought hard her 2nd but, fell short to a loss by points.
Her Jiu Jitsu looked great as always (and so did her hair & JAG gi)
I have had the pleasure of watching Yesenya first hand as she has grown in her jiu jitsu game and from a shy little kid into a beautiful young girl (inside and out)
She has also become one of my best training partners!

Nina is always awesome to watch! She is a tough little girl with a FIERCE attitude to boot!
Nina took on an opponent that was tough as-well. She had a great fight but didn't get the W today. Awesome job though Nina! You will get em' next time!

Soooo Proud of Kayla Reupenny this weekend!
Kayla moved up to the Open weight class yesterday because she had no opponents in her division and still took GOLD! Today she came back to compete in the Absolute killin' it in all 3 of her matches again...taking GOLD!

Kayla always brings her own cheering section, her awesome family, who I always enjoy spending some time with.
I feel really lucky to have these girls representing Just a Girl and as my friends!
I also want to congratulate my teammate/friend Kaitlyn on taking silver today! Subbing her 1st two opponents and loosing her 3rd match only because of a reaping DQ (which as a white belt, she is new to and didn't realize she did) She was awesome today!
Keep fighting just like you did today Kaitlyn!
