Most of you already know the out come of the fights this weekend but, I did say I would post an update.
Tyson took Gold in the NABJJF's All Americas' Jiu Jitsu Tournament! He did suffer a knee injury (hopefully just a strain) when his opponent jumped guard during his 2nd of 3 matches. He still fought his 3 match finishing with an arm bar within a triangle in less then 30 secs.
Gabe won his MMA fight in the first 30 secs as-well finishing with a triangle. Sean suffered a dislocated shoulder as a result of an arm bar against a very tough opponent! I'm proud to say that I'm part of this GREAT team and that these guys are my friends (and family)
