I'm not complaining though! I'm loving every busy minute of it! My training schedule had gone down to 3-4 days a week if I was lucky and consisted of struggling through class because I was so exhausted by the time I got there. I'm now up to 5-6 classes with a lot more energy! I really respect the vigorous routines so many people have in order to get in some Jiu Jitsu!
My plan now is to get back into shape (my cardio was pretty horrible) and start preparing for next years tournament season. I was feeling pretty un-motivated because I was so run down, my last 2 tournaments I REALLY felt it. I'm was starting to feel my age and I'm not about to start accepting that!
I'm also excited to be able to spend more time with my Family! I'm missing my Best Friends (my Mom and Daughter) and my boys.
I'm VERY thankful that Jiu Jitsu has brought me to this place in my life, that I'm able to take some time away from "real" work and enjoy working at what I love!
